If we detect or suspect a potential violation, we reserve the right to review and take appropriate action, including restricting or terminating access to the community or app, as detailed in these guidelines. We may periodically update these guidelines, so we encourage regular reviews. NSFWBots AI is strictly available only to users aged 18 and above.
Illegal Activities
Do not use the NSFWBots AI Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to commercial sexual services, trafficking, explicit content involving prohibited subjects, or promoting unsafe or illegal activities.
Malicious Use
Sending viruses, malware, or any harmful software is prohibited. Distributing content that compromises or impairs the NSFWBots AI Service's functionality is strictly forbidden.
Hate Speech
Refrain from publishing or spreading materials that promote hatred or aggression against groups based on race, nationality, religion, disabilities, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Misinformation
Avoid spreading false information that could increase the risk of immediate violence, physical harm, or disrupt political processes.
Personal and Confidential Information
Do not share another person's private and confidential information, such as images, financial details, security codes, or undisclosed contact information.
Account Hijacking
Unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited. Using our service for phishing attempts is also forbidden.
Child Exploitation
Do not create characters who are underage or post images of minors, including non-authentic portrayals like artwork, AI-generated visuals, fictional entities, or figurines. Also, avoid uploading or disseminating material that exploits, entices, or harms minors. This includes all images of child sexual abuse and any content depicting minors in a sexual context. We will remove such content immediately and take appropriate actions, including account suspension and notifying relevant authorities.
Spam
Avoid spamming, including creating or sending characters that deliver unwanted marketing content, commercial messages, or unsolicited bulk communications.
Sexually Explicit Content
Refrain from posting sexually explicit images or depictions of real individuals engaging in sexual acts as defined in our guidelines, except in certain permitted contexts related to education, science, or art for users aged 18 and above.
Non-Consensual Sexually Explicit Material
Do not share content that manipulates individuals via sextortion, revenge pornography, non-consensual intimate visuals, covertly captured images of typically sexualized body parts, or confidential intimate conversations.
Harassment and Bullying
Avoid bullying or harassing others. Users who employ the NSFWBots AI Service for harassment or bullying may have inappropriate content deleted or face permanent exclusion. Repeatedly sending unwanted messages, including unsolicited intimate content, constitutes harassment.
Violence and Threats
Do not circulate depictions of extreme or gratuitous violence. We may remove content and collaborate with law enforcement if we identify a genuine threat of physical harm or public safety risk. Threatening others or planning real-world violent acts is prohibited.
Self-Harm
We may remove any content that promotes or endorses self-harm, self-injury, eating disorders, or substance abuse.
Impersonation or Deceptive Behavior
Do not impersonate others via our Service. Avoid providing false information, uploading images without consent, registering accounts for others, creating multiple accounts, or soliciting funds from other members.
Intellectual Property
Before sharing content on the Service, ensure you have necessary permissions. Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other legal rights. Profiles predominantly composed of others' materials or duplicated content may be deactivated.
Restricted Goods
Avoid promoting or attempting to finalize transactions involving controlled commodities, such as firearms, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, or mature products, through the Service.
Contests, Promotions, and Solicitations
Do not organize contests, raffles, or similar promotional events using the Service. Do not solicit other users for commercial purposes, including advertisements, discount codes, or sales links.
Reporting Potential Issues
We employ both human reviewers and automated tools to monitor and assess NSFWBots AI accounts, characters, and interactions for content that might violate our Community Guidelines, Terms of Use, or cause harm.
Our members play a vital role in reporting problematic content or conduct. If you encounter situations that make you uncomfortable or feel unsafe, we strongly recommend discontinuing interactions with the character immediately.
